Pizza with pepperoni sausage and sweet pepper
One of the most popular pizza recipes with pepperoni sausage.

Necessary ingredients
For the dough:

  • 200 g of flour
  • 120 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil

For pizza topping:

  • 100 g of sausage pepperoni
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 50 g of olives

Follow these steps:

  1. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.
  2. Add salt, vegetable oil and mix them.
  3. Gradually add the sifted flour.
  4. Stir and knead the dough.
  5. Form the ball from the dough and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  6. Cut tomatoes, peppers, and olives into thin rings.
  7. Grate the cheese on a large grater, cut the sausage into thin circles.
  8. Pour the dough into the baking pan with a diameter of 30 cm.
  9. Grease the dough with tomato sauce, layout the vegetables, olives, sausage and sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake in a preheated 200 C oven for 25 minutes.

Pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella cooked in a frying pan

Necessary ingredients

  • 4 pieces of pitta bread
  • 680 g of mozzarella
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 500g of cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil leaves

Follow these steps:

  1. Cut each pitta with scissors into halves to get two circles.
  2. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella thinly, cut cherry tomatoes into halves.
  3. Lay mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and tomatoes on each pitta.
  4. Heat the frying pan, put one pizza in and fry for 3-5 minutes until the mozzarella begins to melt. Then put it off and transfer it to the plate. Cook other pizzas the same way.
  5. Sprinkle the hot pizza with basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil and serve immediately.
