2 salads you should try to cook at home

Salad made of red fish and rice

Delicious and lightly layered salad with freshly salted red fish, with mayonnaise and wasabi. Such a variation of Japanese cuisine;)

Prepare necessary ingredients:
1 glass of boiled rice
1 fresh cucumber
1 carrot
½  of red onion
2 chicken eggs
200 g of red salted fish
60 grams of mayonnaise
1 tea-spoon of wasabi
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
parsley greens
black pepper powder

For salad, you need to cook rice as if you cook sushi. Pour rice vinegar into prepared rice, add sugar and salt. Let it cool down a little. Boil carrots and eggs. Cut fresh cucumber, carrots and onions into small cubes. Stir eggs with a fork and mix them with chopped parsley. Prepare fish for a salad.

Mix mayonnaise with wasabi. Every layer of a salad should be greased with this sauce. If desired, you can pepper it as well.

Now collect salad layers. Each layer should be greased with a thin layer of mayonnaise with wasabi. Rice and fish are divided into two parts. 1 layer – rice, 2 layer – fresh cucumber, 3 layer – red fish, 4 layer – onion, 5 layer – egg with parsley, 6 layer – carrots, 7 layer – rice, 8 layer – red fish. Let the salad cool in the refrigerator and serve it.

Sea salad

A simple and delicious salad made of squid, rice, and shrimp.


Prepare necessary ingredients:
100 g of rice
100 g of squid
220 g of crab sticks
5 egg white pieces
150g of shrimp
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Follow necessary steps:

  1. Boil rice.
  2. Cut boiled squid and crab sticks.
  3. Clean boiled shrimp.
  4. Cut eggs white.
  5. Mix squid, egg white, crab sticks and boiled rice. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix everything. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish the salad with shrimps.
